Educational Qualification: Retired Officers from Indian Law Services (ILS) or Law Officers from Central / State Governments, /Autonomous/Statutory bodies and preferably registered with Bar Council and having retired, minimum at the level of Under Secretary or equivalent in substantial post in pay matrix of Level-11 and above at the time of retirement.
