Educational Qualification:
Internal Audit Officer: Officers belonging to Audit and Accounts Services or other similar organized Accounts Services in Central/ State Govt., holding analogous posts on regular basis.
Executive Engineer: First Class Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University
or equivalent.
Assistant Registrar (Public Relations Officer): Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale in Journalism and Mass Communication from recognized University / Institute.
Medical Officer (Male): MBBS Degree recognized by Medical Council of India.
Private Secretary: A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university/Institute.
Personal Assistant:
i. A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from any recognized Institute/ University.
ii. Proficiency in Stenography in English or Hindi with a minimum speed of 100 wpm.
iii. Proficiency in Typing in English or Hindi with a minimum speed of 35 / 30 wpm respectively.
iv. Knowledge of Computer applications.
Security Inspector: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University / Institution.
Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in Sciences / Engineering / Technology with minimum two years of working and maintenance experience of sophisticated scientific Instruments in the Laboratory.
Library Assistant:
i. Bachelor's Degree in Library & Information Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
ii. Typing speed of 30 wpm in English.
iii. Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC): A Bachelor's Degree from any recognized Institute/ University.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
i. A Bachelor's Degree from any recognized University / Institute.
ii. English Typing speed @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm (35wpm and 30wpm correspond to 10500KDPH / 9000KDPH on an average of 5 Key Depressions for each word.)
iii. Proficiency in Computer Operations.
Cook:
i. 1Oth Class from a recognized Board,
ii. ITI Trade Certificate in Bakery and Confectionery (one year duration).
Medical Attendant/ Dresser:
i. Matriculation or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
ii. Elementary knowledge of First Aid.
Library Attendant:
i. 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
ii. Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institution.
iii. One year of experience in a University / College / Educational Institution Library.
iv. Basic knowledge of computer applications.
Kitchen Attendant: 1Oth pass from any State / Central school / Board OR ITI Trade Certificate in the relevant Trade.
Pay Scale:
INR
18000-209200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.

The Central University of Karnataka (CUK) has been established by an Act of the Parliament (No. 3 of 2009) at Kalaburagi, Karnataka. It is one of the 16 new Central Universities established by the Government of India during the UGC XI Plan Period to address to the concerns of ‘equity and access’ and to increase the access to quality higher education by people in less educationally developed districts which have a Graduate Enrolment Ratio of less than the national average of 11%.
