Advertisement for the Award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), Delhi, is one of the Premier Research. Laboratories of Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) engaged in research in psychology for armed forces personnel. The institute provides training in the selection, stress, combat stress management, soft-skill for Indian Armed Forces and DRDO. DIPR invites applications from candidates having strong desire to pursue research in the area of psychology and possessing qualification as under for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Fellow (RA).

3. Essential Educational Qualifications: Post Graduation in Psychology/ Applied Psychology (Specialization in Organization Behaviour/ Social Psychology/ Personality Assessment). Net Qualification
4. Stipend: Rs. 31,000/- per month + HRA as applicable Contingency grant upto a maximum of Rs. 15,000/- per annum

4. Stipend: Rs. 54,000/- per month HRA as applicable Contingency grant upto a maximum of Rs. 20,000/- per annum

Age Limit: The upper age limit is maximum of 28 years for JRF and 35 years for RA as on the closing date of advertisement. The upper age limit shall be relaxable to the candidates belonging to SC/ST is 5 years and OBC is 3 years.
Selection Procedure
Mode of selection shall be by interview. The date, time, venue and mode of interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates by email and mobile number. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview

Duly filled bio-data in the prescribed format along-with self-attested copies of supporting documents should reach: The Director, Defence Institute of Psychological Research, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi -110054 within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in employment news/newspaper.
2. Applications received after due date for whatsoever reasons, shall not be entertained. Self-attested copies of supporting documents for educational qualification (XI, Graduation, Post Garduation, Ph. D), age proof (X marksheet/certificate) and NET certificate must be submitted along-with the bio-data. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. The envelope containing the application must mention "Application for Research Fellow".
