Eligibility for Deputy Manager – Startups
- Essential: Graduation in Business, Management, Technology or equivalent discipline from a recognized institution. Post-Graduation is preferred (e.g., MBA, PGDM, other relevant Master’s degrees).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total experience, with at least 2–3 years of experience in any of the following: Startup ecosystems, Deep-tech ecosystems, Innovation-driven initiatives, Incubation or accelerator programs. Experience in Government Startup Ecosystem is preferred (e.g., MeitY, State Startup Missions, Startup India, etc.).
- Desirable: Proven ability to collaborate with startups, investors, mentors and corporate partners. Ability to design and implement scalable engagement models for startup growth and investment readiness. Proficiency in research on technology trends, startup landscapes and investment opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver projects on time under pressure. High competence in working with cross-functional groups; collaborative working style is essential.
