Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Assistant cum Data Entry Operator:
  • Must have passed Class 12th (10+2).
  • Must possess a one-year diploma/certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from a recognized institute.
• Outreach Worker:
  • Must have passed Class 12th (10+2) from a recognized board.
• General Note: Only full-time qualifications completed on or before the last date of the experience period will be considered.

2. Age Limit

• Age Reference Date: 01 January 2026 (CRITICAL: Age must be calculated as of this date).
• Minimum Age: 21 years.
• Maximum Age: 35 years (Standard).
• Maximum Age with Relaxation: Up to 45 years (as per Chhattisgarh Government rules).

3. Domicile & Other Requirements

• Residence: Applicant must be a local resident of Chhattisgarh. A valid Residence/Domicile Certificate is mandatory.
• Caste Certificate: Reserved category candidates must attach a permanent caste certificate.
• Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Experience: Only full-time, relevant experience is counted (2 marks per year, max 10 marks).

Selection Process
