Educational Qualification:
Professor: Ph.D. Degree or equivalent in the concerned subject with consistently good academic record. 10 Years' teaching/research/extension education experience in the subject out of which atleast 5 years' experience should be as Associate professor/equivalent.
Assistant Professor: Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject relaxable to M.Sc. with consistently good academic record i.e. 55% marks at Master's level.
Scientist: Ph.D. Degree in Food Engineering/Processing and Food Engineering/Food Processing Engineering Food Technology and Management/Processing and Agriculture Structure relaxable to M. Tech. in Food Engineering/Processing and Food Engineering/Food Process Engineering/Food Technology and Management/Processing and Agriculture Structure, with consistently good academic record i.e. 55% marks at Master's level.
Subject Matter Specialist: Ph.D. Degree in Food Engineering/Processing and Food Engineering/Food Processing Engineering Food Technology and Management/Processing and Agriculture Structure relaxable to M. Tech. in Food Engineering/Processing and Food Engineering/Food Process Engineering/Food Technology and Management/Processing and Agriculture Structure, with consistently good academic record i.e. 55% marks at Master's level.
Assistant Librarian: Master's Degree in Library Science/information Science/documentation or an equivalent professional degree with atleast 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale plus a consistently good academic record, computerization of Library.
