Educational Qualification: M.Sc Food Technology/ M.Sc (Horticulture) Post harvest Management/ Post Harvest Technology. Desirable: PhD Food Technology/ PhD (Horticulture) Post harvest Management/ Post Harvest Technology. Preference will be given to candidates having research experience in post harvest handling of fruits and vegetables.
