Eligibility for Professor

• Essential: Educational qualifications as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview.

Eligibility for Associate Professor

• Essential: Educational qualifications as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview.

Eligibility for Assistant Professor

• Essential: Educational qualifications as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 69 years as on date of interview.

Eligibility for Senior Resident

• Essential: Educational qualifications as per National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines dated 30.06.2025.
• Age Limit: 45 years. Upper age is 50 years for Departments of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Pathology, Forensic Medicine and Community Medicine.

Salary/Stipend

• Professor: Rs. 1,23,100/- (Level 13 of 7th CPC) plus applicable allowances.
• Associate Professor: Rs. 78,800/- (Level 12 of 7th CPC) plus applicable allowances.
• Assistant Professor: Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11 of 7th CPC) plus applicable allowances.
• Senior Resident: Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11 of 7th CPC) plus applicable allowances.
• Retired employees/pensioners engaged on contract may draw total pay without deduction and continue to draw pension and dearness relief.

• Selection will be based on acquired academic credentials and performance in the interview before the Selection Board.
