District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Jhargram will engage personnel for the positions as stated below under National Health Mission, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal purely on contractual basis. 1. Name of the Post: Accountant, 2. No of Post: 01 3. Consolidated Remuneration: 12,000/- per month 4. Educational Qualification: a) Desired Qualification: Retired State Government Employees. Upper age limit 62 years as on 01.01.2021 Computer Knowledge Must be fit physically and mentally. 1. Name of the Post: Group D 2. No of Post: 01 3. Consolidated Remuneration: 8,000/- per month 4. Educational Qualification: Desired Qualification: Retired State Government Employees. Must be fit physically and mentally. 1. Name of the Post: District Manager 2. No of Post: 01 3. Consolidated Remuneration: 40,000/- per month 4. Educational Qualification: a) Essential Qualification: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing graduate with masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent) with 2 years experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration. b) Desired Qualification: i) Training and experience of implementing a recognised quality system like NABH/ISO 9001-2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred. ii) Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.

Age Limit: Accountant, Group D - Retired State Government Employees, Upper age limit 62 years, District Manager - Age (As on 01.01.2021) Upper age limit 40 years
1. Medical Officer - Interview and Academic & Experience - Scoring System: (Total Marks: 100) 80 (based on % of marks obtain in the MBBS examination). 10 (for PG Degree). 05 (for PG Diploma). 10 (for Experience).
2. Psychiatric Nurse / Staff Nurse - Academic, Experience & Interview - It may be two stage selection process: 1. Screening of Documents, 2. Interview. Final selection will be made on the basis of total marks obtained in academic qualification (Weighted) experience and interview.
3. Staff Nurse - Academic & Interview - Scoring System: 90 (based on % of marks obtain in the GNM/B.Sc. examination) & 10 on Interview.
4. Accountant (AYUSH) - Academic & Interview
5. Group-D AYUSH - Academic & Interview
6. District Manager (Public Health) - Academic, Written, Computer test & Interview
