Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division Nasik, invites interested and eligible candidates to be engaged as Expert for Russian Language Interpretation.
1. Post Name: Expert
2. The number of Experts required is 02(Two)
3. Eligibility: The incumbent should possess any one of the following Educational Qualifications:
i) 05 years Integrated Degree of Master of Arts in Russian Language (Interpretation) from Recognised University/Institute. OR
ii) 03 years Bachelors Degree in Russian Language plus 02 years Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Russian Language from Recognized University/Institute. (Candidates who have acquired the qualification through regular mode are only eligible to appear for the Walk-in-interview).
4. Tenure of Engagement:
The Russian Interpreter will be engaged initially for a period of one year. The engagement may be extended for further period of one/two years based on the performance of the candidate and requirement of the Company
5. Tasks and Deliverables: The incumbent will carry out the following tasks* under the co-ordination of Nodal Officer:
a) Interpretation of Russian to English and vice-versa for the conversation being held between RA to GM/Chief Designer/Russian Warranty Team/other Russian Specialists with HAL Specialists on day-to-day basis.
b) Translation of Russian/English correspondence to and from Russian Specialist on day-to- day basis.
c) Interpretation of Russian to English and vice-versa for the conversation of visiting Russian delegation to HAL Nasik on requirement basis.
d) Translation of important Russian documents to English as and when required.
e) Day-to-day interaction with the Russian Expert in resolving the issues related to design, production and overhaul shops
5. Honorarium:
The selected candidate will be paid remuneration @ Rs. 27,600/- per month. A raise of 3% will be admissible, if the contract is extended beyond 1 year. No other amount/benefits will be payable. A raise of 3% will be admissible annually, if the contract is extended beyond 01 year.

How to Apply:
Interested and eligible candidates who meet the above criteria may report for walk-in interview at Human Resources Department, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Nasik, Ojhar Township PO, Tal-Niphad, Dist-Nasik-422207, at 0900 hours on 15.02.2022 with all the original credentials along with one set of self-attested Xerox copies of all the credentials, along with 2 passport-size colour photographs.
Important Instructions:
i. Only Indian Nationals need to appear for the Walk-in Process. HAL reserves the right to increase/decrease the specification depending upon the response. Mere appearing for the interview will not entail right for claiming the job. HAL also reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process thereunder.
ii. The consultant will be required to submit Invoice/Claim etc. to Finance Department duly certified by designated HAL Officer.
iii. Company quarters will be provided based on the request, subject to availability, as per the rules of the Company. A standard market rent will be charged along with Electricity charges, water charges and other applicable charges, if the Company quarter is allotted.
iv. In addition to the remuneration, you will be provided with Office space and other related facilities required to perform the task.
v. No other benefits/allowances would be payable apart from consolidated remuneration.
vi. Decision of HAL Management regarding selection will be final. Further, HAL Management reserves all right to fill up or otherwise the notified post and also to fill up the future vacancies if any from the valid panel of selected candidates as per the rules of the company.
vii. Candidates who have work experience in the private sector should submit the experience certificate on the letter head of the Company. The letter head of the Company should have the details of company registration number.
viii. Before appearing for the interview, the candidates should ensure that they are fulfilling the eligibility criteria required for the position. While filling the bio-data forms, the candidates should also ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all the respect.
a. In case it is detected at any stage of the selection process that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material facts, his/her candidature will be cancelled. If any of these shortcomings are detected even after selection, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
ix. 10% of the honorarium will be retained as Performance Guarantee every month
x. The candidate will be required to give a disclosure statement declaring his interest in any other work/running contract entered with HAL before considering him for the position of Expert.
xi. Infringement of any of the rules of the company or the terms of engagement or disobedience of the orders or negligence of duties assigned will lead to termination of the engagement without any notice in advance.
xii. To obey the lawful commands, serve the company faithfully and do not indulge its business secrets not only during the period of engagement but also thereafter.
xiii. HAL has the right to terminate the agreement without any financial liability in the event of the candidate not meeting the pre-specified conditions or in any other eventualities after engagement.
xiv. The engagement is purely on requirement basis and there is no provision for regularization.
xv. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
