Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for All Posts
- Essential: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent as per post. (MBA/MBBS as applicable).
- Experience: Post qualification inline executive experience as specified for each position.
- Desirable: Degree in Law (LLB) for HR Officer.

A. Regular: Vice President Rs.120000-280000 (49.20 LPA), Additional Chief Manager Rs.90000-240000 (34.80 LPA), Senior Manager Rs.80000-220000 (30.90 LPA), Manager Rs.70000-200000 (27.00 LPA), Deputy Manager Rs.60000-180000 (22.70 LPA), Assistant Manager Rs.50000-160000 (18.10 LPA), Senior Engineer/Sr. Officer Rs.45000-150000 (16.30 LPA), Engineer/Officer Rs.40000-140000 (14.50 LPA).
B. Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis: Asst. Officer Rs.30000-120000 (09.40 LPA), Officer Rs.40000-140000 (12.50 LPA), Assistant Manager Rs.50000-160000 (15.70 LPA), Dy. Manager Rs.60000-180000 (18.80 LPA), Manager Rs.70000-200000 (22.00 LPA), Sr. Manager Rs.80000-220000 (25.10 LPA).
