(b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience :- i) Twelfth standard pass from a recognized Board; and ii) Three years experience in taking dictation and transcription, stenography, handling with confidential matters, complaints, etc., and maintenance of Confidential Report dossiers, arranging conferences, delegations, meetings, etc., and handling of day to day general administration works.
