Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM, MSW
1. Position: – Project Executive/ Assistant Manager/ – Human Resources
2. Key Responsibilities:
a. To implement various initiatives required for process improvements in HR with specific focus on recruitment and HR policy design and implementation, and overall employee wellbeing to work with internal stakeholders on talent recruitment as per Institute guidelines and procedures which include the following:
b. Identify staffing needs in different Areas and Departments.
c. Create Job descriptions for all positions,
d. To manage job postings on IIMB careers website, social media sites and internal job postings media.
e. To manage the recruitment process in the Oracle Recruitment Module
f. To maintain and review manpower budgets for the Institute
g. To work with internal stakeholders to drive and implement a robust Performance Management System and identify and document KRAs/KPIs for all departments and define it at an individual staff level
3. Key Skills/Abilities/Knowledge required:
a. Excellent interpersonal skills with a solution-orientation mindset, and ability to network and manage relationships effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
b. Should be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency regarding timely follow up and customer service orientation.
c. Strong commitment to service and capacity to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders like faculty, non-academic staff, and external stakeholders.
d. Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
e. Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks, Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
f. Candidates should have hands on experience of working in ERP environment with very good IT skills and should be proficient in MS Office. Prior work experience in Oracle ERP systems is desirable
4. Experience and Educational qualification:
a. Candidate should be a First-Class Graduate with an MBA (preferably in Human Resources) / MSW from a reputed Institute.
b. Candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience
5. Compensation:
The candidate will be paid with a minimum Basic of Rs. 25500 per month, plus applicable DA (currently at 31% of Basic), HRA of 23%, NPS employer contribution of 14 %, outpatient medical reimbursement up to 30,000 per annum, medical insurance cover of Rs 5,00,000 for self, spouse and 2 dependent children and other applicable benefits as per IIMB contract appointment norms
