Applications are invited from Indian citizens for a walk-in-interview for one post of Project Associate - I in a District Disaster Management Authority Mandi funded project (IITM/DDMA-M/VD/325) at IIT Mandi.
1. Post Name: Project Associate - I
2. No. of Post: 01
3. Title of the Research Project: Deployment of low-cost landslide monitoring and warning systems.
4. Project details: In this project, we intend to develop low-cost landslide monitoring and early warning systems. We also intend to deploy the developed landslide monitoring system (LMS) in the landslide-affected areas in Mandi district, Himachal Pradesh, India
5. Minimum qualifications: B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering or allied areas with a minimum of 65% marks.
6. Desirable qualifications: Experience in web technologies, circuit design, Python language, and machine learning. Strong writing skills in English
7. Joining date: As soon as possible.
8. Salary: Maximum up to INR 18,000 per month
9. Duration: Up to 2-years or till the duration of the project.
