Educational Qualification: B.Tech./ B.E./ M.Tech./ ME/ Equivalent Degree in
Engineering and Technology with specialization in VLSI, Microelectronics and
Semiconductor Devices or Equivalent with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60 % of marks.
Experience: Working/research experience in the
field of Device Simulations, TCAD tools and Python Programming will be given preference.
The selected candidates may get an opportunity to enroll in PhD program of the department
after due process.
