Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow

• Essential: M.E./M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Robotics and Automation Engineering) or related branches with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks. OR B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Robotics and Automation Engineering) or related branches with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks with a minimum of one year of experience.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit is 30 years. Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/women/PD will be given as per GOI rules.
• Desirable: Candidates with working/research experience in the field of Assistive Technology/Wearable Robotics will be given preference.

Salary/Stipend

Consolidated Fellowship/Salary: Rs. 37,000 per month (Consolidated).

Selection Process

Selection will be based on shortlisting of applications and an online interview. IIT Patna reserves the right to not shortlist any candidate if the application email does not contain complete information backed up by supporting documents.
