AcSIR intends to fill up a position of Executive Assistant at the Office of the AcSIR Coordinator at cSIR-Indian nstitute of Toxicology Research (CSIR-ITR), Lucknow, and invites applications in the prescribed form, from the candidates fulfilling the qualifications and experience, as detailed below 1. Post Name: Executive Assistant 2. No. of Post: 01 3. Essential Qualifications: Graduate (B.Sc./B.A./B.Com or equivalent from a recognized University or Statutory Body, as a regular student. Minimum one-year work experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications. Well-versed with office automation software including Word, Excel, Power point, e- communications (Email, Skype, etc.) Proficiency in spoken and written English/Hindi language. 4. Desirable Qualification Diploma Certificate in Computer Applications 5. Consolidated remuneration Entry Level remuneration for Executive Assistants will be consolidated Rs. 25,500/- per month. Other benefits payable over and above the consolidated remuneration mentioned above are as per AcSIR rules. 6. Tenure: The engagement will be purely on contractual basis for a period of five years and does not have anvnrauisian far reaularizatian

Selection Procedure
The shortlisted candidates fulfilling the requirements will be called for interview on Friday, April 08, 2022 from 10.00 A.M. onwards, the details of which will be shared in due time.

Important Instructions:
1. The Candidates will be required to send scanned copy of All Certificates/testimonials, for the online lnterview (Degree/Diploma Certificates, Marks Sheet, Experience Certificates, proof of age and, the Caste Certificates issued by the Authorized Authorities/Bodies, if applicable).
2. The selected candidate have to produce all the Certificates/Testimonials original for verification.
3. The selected candidates would be required to report at the Office of AcSIR Coordinator at CSIR-IITR, Lucknow. However, the candidate may be required to serve on all India basis at any of the centres/ units of AcSIR Iocated in diferent parts of the country, as per needs or requirements of AcSIR.

CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow, a constituent laboratory of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, was established in 1965.
This multidisciplinary research institute with the motto Safety to Environment and Health and Service to Industry addresses problems critical to human health and the environment. CSIR-IITR has Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Compliance Certification from NGCMA, Government of India, issued with respect to Toxicity studies, Mutagenicity studies, Environmental toxicity studies on aquatic & terrestrial organisms, and Analytical & clinical chemistry testing. The institute also has NABL-accredited facilities for Biological and Chemical testing services. CSIR-IITR undertakes research in niche areas of toxicology. These include the impact of industrial and environmental chemicals on human health and ecosystem, and environmental monitoring of pollutants in air, water, and soil.
