Educational Qualification & Experience:Graduate with good academic record. Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management/HRM or MBA/PGDM/PGPM is desirable. Extensive senior-level experience in HR/IR/Personnel and/or as functional head of large projects/plants, as per the specific categories defined in the official notification.
