Important Instructions:

1. The above engagement is purely temporary and does not confer any right/claim whatsoever, either explicitly or implicitly for regular appointment in IUAC against any post or otherwise under any legal conditions or precedent.

2. This engagement is valid initially for one year which may be extended further on the basis of performance of the candidate.

3. All qualifications should be from Indian Universities or Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authorities.

4. Shortlisted Candidate have to produce his/her original certificates at the time of selection process.

5. Mere possessing the prescribed qualifications and requisite experience would not entitle a person to be called for selection process.

6. Applications received in response to this advertisement shall be scrutinized by the shortlisting/screening committee constituted by the Competent Authority and Centre may restrict the number of applicants to be called for selection process on the recommendations of the committee. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for selection process.

7. If the information furnished by the candidate in any part is found to be false or incomplete or is not found to be in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement, candidature/appointment will be considered as revoked/terminated at any stage of recruitment process or after recruitment or after joining, without any reference given to the candidate.

8. All correspondence to the candidates will be made via E-mail ID provided by the Candidate in the application form. No other mode of communication will be adopted.

9. All candidates are requested to go through the detailed advertisement carefully to clear all doubts/queries.

10. Selection will be on the basis of performance in the recruitment test. In case, response is high the Centre reserves the right to fix criteria for screening the applications so as to reduce the number of candidates to be called for the selection test.

11. The Centre also reserves the right not to fill up the post, cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason and its decision in this regard will be final.

12. Applications received after the last date will be summarily rejected. IUAC will not be responsible for any postal delay/transit loss of application sent by the candidate.

13. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification of candidature.
