Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Full-time Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, IT) or equivalent from a recognized University. Specific posts require specialized qualifications:

• JGM (Mechanical): Full time Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Sr. Manager (S&T): Full time Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Finance Posts: CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) equivalent preferred (implied by cadre).

2. Age Limit

The maximum age limit varies by post level. However, the Crucial Date for Age Calculation is 25 March 2026.

• Dy. Manager: 40 Years
• GM/Sr. Manager: 45-48 Years
• CGM/AGM: Up to 55-60 Years (depending on experience)
