Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/DNB/Diploma or Post-Doctoral Degree or equivalent, in the concerned specialty from an NMC/MCI recognized University/Institute.
• Experience Route: If a candidate with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma is not available, candidates with MBBS degree with 2 (Two) Years experience in the same specialty can be considered.
• Registration: Candidate should be registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC).

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 45 Years for General, EWS, and OBC candidates.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years relaxation in case of SC/ST candidates.
• Certificate Requirement: OBC certificate issued from Govt. NCT of Delhi only will be considered.

Crucial Eligibility Notes

• Candidates who have completed 3 years of Senior Residency in any State/Central Govt. hospital or autonomous bodies are not eligible.
• If fresh candidates are not available, candidates who have completed 3 years of Senior Residency and are willing to serve as SR shall be considered for a maximum of one year.

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted strictly through a Walk-in Interview.

• Interview: Candidates reporting on 12-02-2026 will be interviewed.
• Merit List: A selection list will be prepared on a daily basis subject to the availability of suitable/eligible candidates.
• Separate Lists: Separate merit lists will be prepared for fresh candidates and for those candidates who have already completed 3 years of Senior Residency.
