Eligibility for Data Entry Operator (Contract)

• Essential: Higher Secondary (10+2) examination passed from a recognized institution by the state government. CPCT examination conducted by MAP IT passed. Native of Madhya Pradesh.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years. Maximum age limit is 45 years for women, SC, ST, and OBC.
• Desirable: Refer to official notification

Selection Process

Selection will be done on a merit basis based on the marks obtained in the computer proficiency CPCT examination. Candidates must qualify for the CPCT examination in English and Hindi typing. Typing scores will not be added to the merit list.

How to Apply

1. Application must be sent in the prescribed format via Speed Post or in person to the Collector and District Election Officer (Local Election), Datia.
2. Attach self-attested copies of documents: High School marksheet (for DOB), Higher Secondary/10+2 marksheet, CPCT scorecard, Madhya Pradesh native certificate, and Caste certificate issued by competent authority.
