- Consultant Grade-I (Technical):
- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in the relevant subject or BE / B.Tech from a recognized university or institute.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), Government organization, Research Organization, or Industry.
- Domain Knowledge: Candidates must have familiarity with the field of Manufacturing Industry, Capital Goods, Heavy Engineering, and Machine Tools.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on the closing date of application (20 October 2026). Age relaxation, if any, will be as per Government of India norms.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process for the Consultant Grade-I (Technical) post at the Ministry of Heavy Industries comprises the following stages:
