Educational Qualification: Research Associate (RA-III): Ph.D. (Completed or submitted) in VLSI/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Embedded System Or M.E./M. Tech in VLSI/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Embedded System with 5 years experience (desirable) after M.Tech in hardware/simulation tools (like COMSOL, Coventorware, etc.) and experience of work in fabrication lab, publications in the related area will be given preference. Candidate should have good analytical and technical writing skills. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.E./M.Tech in VLSI/Electronics and communication Engineering/ Embeded System. Candidates should have 2 years experience (desirable) after M.Tech in hardware/simulation tools (like COMSOL, Coventorware etc.) and some basic knowledge of fabrication lab, publications and GATE scores preferably in the related area will be given preference. Candidate should have good analytical and technical writing skills.

Selection Procedure
