MOIL invites applications from retired employees of PSUs, Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, Institutes and domain experts as a Consultant on Contract basis, the details of job specifications are given below: 1. Position: Consultant (Personnel) 2. No. of Posts: 01 3. Tenure of engagement: 1 year, extendable on the basis of requirement of company 4. Experience: Minimum 17/19/21 years as an Executive in Personnel/HR Department and retired as Executive at level of E-07/E-08/E-09 respectively in CPSES or retired from equivalent position from Central/State Government Departments / Undertakings / Enterprises /Union Territories and Autonomous Bodies under State/Central Government / Academic Institutes / Domain Expert. (The grade wise pay scales are i.e. E-07: 100000-260000, E-08:120000-280000 & E-09:150000-300000) 5. Remuneration: In case of Govt./PSU employees: A consolidated amount of maximum 50% of their last drawn Basic + DA + Grade Pay will be paid subject to minimum remuneration prescribed for others, i.e. Rs. 75,000. In other cases, Rs. 75,000/- P.M will be paid. 1. Position: Consultant ( Safety & Environment) 2. No. of Posts: 02 3. Tenure of engagement: 1 year, extendable on the basis of requirement of company 4. Experience: Minimum 10 years as an Executive in Environment & Safety/Environment/Safety Department retired as Executive at level of E-4 (In the pay scale of Rs. 70000-200000) of CPSES or retired from equivalent position from Centre/State Government Departments / Undertakings /Enterprises /Union Territories and Autonomous Bodies under State/Central Government/Academic Institutes/ Domain expert 5. Remuneration: In case of Govt./PSU employees: A consolidated amount of maximum 50% of their last drawn Basic + DA + Grade Pay will be paid subject to minimum remuneration prescribed for others, i.e. Rs. 60,000. In other cases Rs. 60,000/-P.M will be paid. 1. Position: Consultant ( Geology) 2. No. of Posts: 03 3. Tenure of engagement: 1 year, extendable on the basis of requirement of company 4. Manganese Ore India Limited (MOIL) is a Schedule 'A' Miniratna Category-I public sector enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. It is the largest producer of manganese ore in the country, catering to a critical raw material need for the domestic iron and steel industry. Originally established as the Central Province Manganese Ore Company (CPMO) in 1896, the company was rebranded as MOIL in 1962 after the Indian government took over its operations. MOIL operates with the mission to maximize manganese ore production in an eco-friendly and sustainable manner while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and social responsibility. Headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra, MOIL runs a total of 11 mines, located in the Nagpur and Bhandara districts of Maharashtra and the Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh. These mines include a mix of underground and opencast operations. The company not only produces various grades of manganese ore but also manufactures and markets value-added products like Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide (EMD) and Ferro Manganese.
