Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Professor (HAG)
- Essential Qualification: Ph.D.
- Essential Requirements:
- Six years as Professor in Pay Level 14A (Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 10,500/-), OR
- Ten years as Professor in any Pay Level.
- Credit Points: Minimum 200 Cumulative Essential Credit Points are required.
- Selection Criteria: Based on "Guidelines for movement to Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) in NITs" issued by the Ministry of Education. Performance is evaluated through a credit point system assessing research, teaching, and administrative contributions.

Selection Process
