4. Eligibility Criteria: An officer of Central Government or State Union Governments or territories:
(i) in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400) in the matrix or equivalent; or pay
(ii) years of regular service, in the grade appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 6 (Rs.35400- 112400) in the pay matrix. with a minimum of four rendered after
5. Essential: Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent.
6. Desirable: Working experience regulatory Authority Statutory Bodies or Other Government in or Institutions.
