CSIR - North East Institute of Science & Technology, Jorhat, a constituent establishment of CSIR, is a multidisciplinary institute having research areas like Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Materials Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Geological Sciences, Advanced Computation and Data Sciences etc. The institute is equipped with sophisticated state-of-art analytical and other equipment to carry out research activities in frontier areas of science & technology. Presently wide-ranging research activities are being carried out in CSIR projects as well as externally funded projects. There is a requirement of Project Staff with the following specialization:

6. Essential Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering

7. Desirable: Knowledge in Boiler Operation

8. Remuneration: Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- + HRA per month

7. Desirable: Experience in extraction of biomolecules and exposure in operation/handling of sophisticated analytical equipment’s

8. Remuneration: Remuneration: Rs. 20,000/- + HRA per month

Pay Scale: INR 20000(Per Month)

Age Limit: Maximum Age 30 Years

Selection Procedure

1. The applicants will be subjected to the short listing by the Project Team based on the Academic performances and experiences and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

2. The list of shortlisted candidates along with the Date and Time will be uploaded in the CSIR-NEIST website.
