Educational Qualification: M.Phil/Ph.D
1. Project: Creating a dataset of short videos, images, and measurements of Indian newborns to be used in designing and developing a smartphone-based anthropometry tool for newborns

4. Duration: 6 months
5. Qualification and Experience:
a. Ph.D. in Social Science/ Public Health Preference will be given to candidates having previous experience managing international, community-based research projects.
b. Willingness to be based in the field. Previous 2-3 years' experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams. Candidates must be capable of writing reports and manuscripts
6. Job Summary:
The project coordinator will play a key role in organizing and monitoring all project activities. He/she will work closely with local and foreign investigators, and all study staff to ensure the successful implementation of the project according to the study protocol and schedule.
7. Key Responsibilities:
a. Overall management and supervision of research activities to ensure study objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Supervision and capacity building of research team members. Organize and coordinate project activities, meetings, and workshops and monitor data quality.
b. Support and participate in training of research team members. Provide accurate reports of project status and relevant project information to Principal investigators. Liaise with relevant institution, state government, and community officials. Undertake administrative duties, develop, and maintain project schedules, assign tasks to team members, compile summaries and report writing.
