Number of Vacancy: 04 Posts
Educational Qualification:
Medical Officer: MBBS Desirable with at least 1-year experience of handling research projects especially clinical or vaccine trials Diploma in Clinical Research with experience of writing the reports.
Trial Coordinator: BDS / BHMS / BAMS/ B Pharma / MBA with at least 3-years’ experience of handling research projects especially clinical or vaccine trials Desirable Diploma in Clinical Research with experience of writing the reports.
Un blinded Nurse: B.Sc. Nurse Or GNM from any recognized University or equivalent with two years’ experience Desirable Preferable experience in vaccine trial and surveillance studies.
Lab Technician: 12th in Science, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 2 years’ Experience.
Pay Scale:
INR
30000-65000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 60 Years.

The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh was conceived in 1960 as a center of excellence which would endeavour to develop patterns of teaching in postgraduate medical education in as many branches as possible and attempt to produce specialists in several disciplines of medicine. It was also envisaged that these specialists would spread out in the country in various medical colleges and medical institutions and impart medical education of highest standard to the students and set up nucleus of excellence in their own institutions. The PGIMER was also given the responsibility to broaden the horizons of medical knowledge by intensive research in the field of health.
