Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

Educational Qualification

Full-time regular degree/diploma/ITI from recognized government institute/university. Part-time/correspondence/distance education/online mode NOT eligible.

• ITI Electrician: ITI in Electrician Trade
• Diploma (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering (3 years)
• Diploma (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years)
• Graduate (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical Engineering (4 years)
• Graduate (Civil): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil Engineering (4 years)
• HR Executive: MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in Personnel Management / PM & Industrial Relations
• CSR Executive: Master's in Social Work (MSW) / Rural Development / Management
• Rajbhasha Assistant: B.A. (Hindi) 3-year full-time with proficient English knowledge

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 years. Age as on: Candidates must have passed within the last 2 years from 12.03.2024 to 11.03.2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules for SC/ST/OBC.

Mandatory Requirements

• Medical fitness as per Apprentice Act, 1961.
• Job experience: Should not have more than 1 year of job experience.
• Not Eligible: Candidates awaiting final results, under 18 years, undergoing apprenticeship, or with >1 year experience.

Selection Process

No written examination or interview. Selection is based on:

1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility and qualifications.
2. Document Verification: Candidates called in 1:5 ratio to training slots in merit order.
3. Merit List Preparation: Based on document verification.
4. Engagement: In merit order after accepting tri-partite apprenticeship contract on NATS/NAPS website, submitting medical certificate, and police verification.

Stipend Details

Note: Additional ₹2,500 per month as HRA if company accommodation is not provided.
