Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Superintendent Grade–I (Accounts)

• Essential Qualification: CA Inter/ CMA Inter/Master's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounts with minimum 55% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, audit, budgeting, or taxation in a Government institution, University, PSU, or reputed private organization. Hands-on experience in Tally/ERP/Accounting Software is required.
• Skills: Knowledge of UGC/GoI financial rules (GFR), PFMS, GeM, MS Office, and typing in English/Hindi.
• Age Limit: 35 years as on the closing date.

Eligibility for Senior Public Relations Officer

• Essential Qualification: Master's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Public Relations (min 60% marks) OR Master’s degree in English + PG Diploma in JMC/PR (min 60% marks).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years.
• Desirable: Proficiency in MS Office, social media management, and Government protocols. Experience in media relations, stakeholder engagement, and drafting press briefs.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 65 years as on the closing date.

Eligibility for Intellectual Property Officer

• Essential Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in Science, Engineering, and/or Law with Intellectual Property, Patents Act, and Rules as subjects.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in patent drafting, searching, and examination (Reputed Institute/Organization). Must have filed a minimum of 30 patents.
• Desirable: Qualified Patent Agent (Indian Patent Office), 3+ years research experience, drafting experience for India/PCT/USPTO/EP.
• Age Limit: 40 years.
