Sainik School Jhunjhunu, an autonomous institution functioning under Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence, invites applications from the eligible candidates (Indian Citizens Only) for the Regular/Contractual/Temporary/ Adhoc posts as mentioned below. Staff of Sainik School Jhunjhunu is neither an employee of Central Government nor of State Government

1. Position: TGT (Gen Science) (Regular)

2. No of Vacancy: 01

3. Essential Qualification.

(i) Four years integrated degree course B Sc B Ed of Regional College of Education  of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.OR Graduation in science with minimum 50 % and with two subjects out of Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology as main subjects in graduation & B Ed degree from a recognized University/ four years integrated degree course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. OR

Hons Graduation with Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology as main subject in all the three years of graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate & B Ed degree from a recognized University / four years integrated degree course with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR  Post Graduation in any one out of Physics/ Chemistry/ Botany/ Zoology with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three year Integrated B Ed – M Ed. AND

(ii) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or STET, conducted by Central/ State Government/ CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. AND 

(iii) Proficiency in teaching in English medium

4. Desirable Qualifications: (i) PG Degree in Physics or Honors Graduation in Physics. (ii) Experience of teaching in residential public School. (iii) Proficiency in games and co-curricular activities.

5. Pay/Salary as per 7th CPC: Pay Level-7, Rs.44900/- 

1. Position: TGT (Social Science) (Regular)

2. No of Vacancy: 01

3. Essential Qualification.

(i) Four years integrated degree course B A B Ed of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR

Graduation in Arts with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate and with two subjects out of Geography/ Political Science/ Economics/ Sociology/ History as main subjects in graduation & B Ed degree from a recognized University / four years integrated degree course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. OR

Hons Graduation with Geography/ Political Science/ Economics/ Sociology/ History as main subject in all the three years of graduation with minimum 50% marks in aggregate & B Ed degree from a recognized University/ four years integrated degree course with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR Post Graduation in any one out of Geography/ Political Science/ Economics/ Sociology/ History with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three year Integrated B Ed – M Ed. AND

1. Position: TGT (English) (Regular)

2. No of Vacancy: 02

3. Essential Qualification.

(i) Four years integrated degree course B A B Ed of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate with English Literature as main subject.

OR Graduation in Arts with minimum 50 % marks in aggregate with English Literature as main subject in graduation & B Ed degree from a recognized University/ four years integrated degree course with English Literature as main subject with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

OR Hons Graduation in English Literature as main subject in all the three years of graduation with 50% marks in aggregate & B Ed degree from a recognized University / four years integrated degree course with at least 50% marks in aggregate & B Ed degree from a recognized University. Post Graduation in English with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three year Integrated B Ed – M Ed. 1. Position: Art Master (Contractual)

2. No of Vacancy: 01

3. Essential Qualification. (i) Graduate with Fine Art/ Art/Drawing/ Painting as one of the subjects with minimum 4 years Diploma from a recognized institute/ University OR Master’s degree in Fine Art with Painting/Sketching Specialization

4. Desirable Qualifications:

(i) Minimum 02 years teaching experience in the subject.
(ii) Attainments in sports/Arts/ Music and experience of handling children with affection will be preferred.
(iii) Good communication skill in (English & Hindi) languages and contingency handling.

5. Pay/Salary as per 7th CPC: Only Consolidated Rs.35000/- per month.

1. Position: Music Teacher (Contractual)

3. Essential Qualification.

a. Higher Secondary with a degree or diploma in music from any of the recognized institutions. OR (i) Working knowledge of English and Hindi or other Regional Language. A Bachelors Degree with Music from a recognized university. OR Higher Secondary/ Sr.Secondary with any one of the following:

Sangeet-Visharad examination of Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal, Bombay or Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyalaypeeth, Lucknow or Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwa Vidyalaya, Khairagarh (MP) or Sangeet Prabhakar examination of the Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. OR Following Degree/Diploma awarded by Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh

(a) Sangeet Bhaskar with Graduation in any discipline.

(b) Sangeet Nritya Bhushan with graduation in any discipline. (c) Sangeet Bhushan or Sangeet Nritya Visharad with Sr.Secondary/ Intermediate/Part I examination of 3 years Degree Course.

4. Desirable Qualifications:

3. Essential Qualification: (i) Graduate in Psychology with Diploma in counseling from a recognized university.

4. Desirable Qualifications:

(i) Experience of working in a residential school as career / educational counselor.
(ii) Proficiency in Games as well as Co-curricular activities and knowledge of computer.

1. Position: Office Superintendent (Contractual)

3. Essential Qualification: 

(i) Graduate with 5 years office experience of a supervisory post in a Govt or commercial establishment OR Seven years experience as UDC or equivalent in the school. AND

(ii) Ability to correspond independently in English.

5. Pay/Salary as per 7th CPC: Only Consolidated Rs.28000/- per month.

1. Position: UDC (Contractual)

2. No of Vacancy: 01

3. Essential Qualification: (i) Graduate with at least 2 years office experience in a Govt or Commercial organization and ability to correspond in English.

4. Desirable Qualifications.

(i) Typing Speed of minimum 40 WPM in English & 35 WPM in Hindi.
(ii) Computer skills in MS office package (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
(iii) Ability to correspondence in English & Hindi (Drafting letters & verbal communication in both languages.
(iv) Office Experience of Filing and other associated works

5. Pay/Salary as per 7th CPC: Only Consolidated Rs.20000/- per month.

1. Position: LDC (Contractual)

2. No of Vacancy: 01

3. Essential Qualification: 

(i) Matriculation Pass from a recognized Board.
(ii) Typing speed of minimum 40 words in English & Computer Skills in MS Office package i.e MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Points).
(iii) Drafting of letters in both Hindi & English Language.

4. Desirable Qualifications.

(i) Candidates with higher qualification will be given preference.
(ii) Computer skills in MS office package (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
(iii) To have previous experience of clerical work.
(iv) Typing speed of 35 WPM in hindi.
(v) Office Experience of Filing and other associated works. 

5. Pay/Salary as per 7th CPC: Only Consolidated Rs.16000/- per month.

1. Position: Driver (Contractual)

2. No of Vacancy: 01

3. Essential Qualification: 

(i) Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.

(ii) Applicant must be in possession of valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License issued from Regional Transport Officer/ District Transport Officer with knowledge of traffic signs

4. Desirable Qualifications.

(i) Identification of various parts of vehicle, changing of wheels, spare wheels (Stepeny), Installation/changing of vehicle Battery, Daily Inspection (DI) of vehicle Etc

(ii) Capable of road side repair of vehicles.

5. Pay/Salary as per 7th CPC: Only Consolidated Rs.16000/- per month.

1. Position: Ward Boy (Contractual)

2. No of Vacancy: 01

3. Essential Qualification: 

(i) Matriculation or equivalent or equivalent exam passed.
(ii) Should be able to converse fluently in English.

4. Desirable Qualifications.

(i) Graduate with B.A/B. Sc/ B.Com degree
(ii) Attainments in sports/Arts/ Music
(iii) Experience of handling children with affection will be preferred.
(iv) Skills in first aid, CPR, Personal Hygiene, Knowledge of prescription reading etc.
(v) Having knowledge of records keeping/ Maintenance of Student dossiers/ Baggage/ Store management etc.
(v) Good communication skill in (English & Hindi) languages
(vi) Experience/ Knowledge of contingency situation handling without encumbrances.

5. Pay/Salary as per 7th CPC: Only Consolidated Rs.24000/- per month. Ward Boy has to stay in earmarked place in cadets hostel. No family member will be allowed to stay with ward boy.
