Educational Qualification:
Member Technical Staff - E-I (Scientist ‘B’):
(a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M.Sc. with 1 st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology. OR
(b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science. OR
(c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above-mentioned disciplines /inter-disciplines alongwith qualification with 2nd class mentioned at (a) or (b) above or having any of the above qualification with 2nd class mentioned at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law.

Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-V: Three years Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Telecommunication or Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/ Computer Application/ IT or possessing DOEACC ‘A’ level certificate with two years’ experience.

Administrative Officer: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with six years’ experience in the field of personnel/ administration/ vigilance. OR Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with four years’ experience in the field of personnel/ administration/ vigilance. Desirable: Diploma in Personnel/ Financial/ Purchase Managment. OR MBA from recognized University with one year experience in the field of Personnel/ Administration/ Vigilance.

Assistant (A-IV): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with four years’ experience in the field of personnel/ administration/ finance/ vigilance etc. OR Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with two years’ experience in the field of personnel/ administration/ finance/ vigilance etc.

Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-IV: Three years Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Telecommunication or Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/ Computer Application/ IT or possessing DOEACC ‘A’ level certificate with one year experience.

Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-III: Three years Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Telecommunication or Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/ Computer Application/ IT or possessing DOEACC ‘A’ level certificate.

Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-II: Matriculation with ITI/NTC/NAC in Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical / IT or equivalent OR Intermediate (10+2) with Science from a recognized University/Institution OR possessing DOEACC 'O' level certificate or equivalent.

Assistant (A-III): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with two years’ experience in the field of personnel/ administration/ finance/ vigilance etc. OR Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with one year experience in the field of personnel/ administration/ finance/ vigilance etc.

Assistant (A-II): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Desirable: Six months’ certification course in Computer Operations.

Assistant (A-I): Intermediate with Typing Skill 35 w.p.m. in English/ 30 w.p.m. in Hindi only on computers (correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

Office Attendant (S-I): Matriculate or equivalent. Desirable: Knowledge of typing, computer and operating photocopying/ fax machine/ Tea Coffee maker etc.

Pay Scale:
INR
18000-177500/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.

Selection Procedure: Written examination.

Application Fee: For Group ‘A’ post (Level-10), candidate has to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) and for below Group ‘A’ post (Below Level-10), candidate has to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only).
