Eligibility Criteria for STPI Chief Administrative Officer-and-Registrar 2026

Educational Qualification

• For Direct Recruit: MBA/Post Graduate in any discipline OR Graduate in any discipline with PG Diploma in Management, with 15 years of experience in a responsible position in the field of Personnel Management and Labour Laws. Also must have experience of organizing senior level meetings, familiarity with Government functioning, exposure to working of Societies, and preparation of Budget.
• For Promotion/Absorption/Deputation: Officers of Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies must hold analogous post on regular basis OR have 5 years regular service in Level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200) with experience in Administration/Personnel/Vigilance, AND possess qualifications as prescribed for Direct Recruitment.
