Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- FLC Counsellor: Retired officers from SBI / other PSBs / RRBs (Scale I to IV). Retired clerical staff of SBI may be considered if officers are not available.
- FLC Director: Retired officers from SBI / other PSBs / RRBs who retired in Scale III or IV.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in the local language of the state/center is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of computers is required.
- Candidate must possess a smart mobile phone.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 60 Years
- Maximum Age: 63 Years
- Age as on Date: 31-01-2026 (Candidates born on or after 01-02-1966 are eligible).
- Age Relaxation: No age relaxation is applicable for any category. The age criteria are strict (60-63 years).
