Applications are invited for the following temporary positions under the project entitled "Strengthening child protection system in the state of Uttar Pradesh" funded by the UNICEF.

1. Post Name: Training Coordinator

2. Educational Qualification and Experience: Post-graduate degree in relevant field (such as Social Work/Family Development/Development Development Rural Management/ Public Health Law /Criminology Administration/ Social Sciences). Welfare Studies/ and Child Human Rural and Criminal Justice At least five years of relevant demonstrated experiences in training need assessment, training design, training module development, facilitating sessions. liaison, coordination and networking with technical agency, preparation of training report.

a. Good understanding on child protection structures, institutional care, family based alternative care, case management system, best interest assessment/ best interest determination of children, gate keeping, violence against children, CP stakeholders and functionaries. Understanding on child protection related national laws and international instruments, guidelines and standards, programmes/schemes including Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, POCSO Act, the prohibition of child marriage Act,

b. Child Protection Services, One Stop Centre, Mahila Shakti Kendra, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, family strengthening programme, and other related social protection schemes. legislations and flagship programmes/schemes including Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Acet, POCSO Act, the prohibition of child marriage Act, Child Protection Services, One Stop Centre, Mahila Shakti Kendra, | Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, family strengthening programme, and other related social protection schemes.

c. Having past experiences and expertise of developing training module for capacity building/orientation of CP functionaries including the allied forces at mid and cutting-edge level and have training facilitation skills with sound understanding of different methodologies used. Previous working experience with departments will have added advantage government Research experience on relevant issues would have added advantage. A good understanding of online interface and use. of technology is desirous.

3. Salary: 75000/ month
