Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Dean – SBIL, Kolkata: MBA / Executive MBA / PGDM / PGDBA (min. 55% marks) OR Ph.D. / M.Phil. Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles (Dean, Principal, Director, etc.) in training institutes, universities, or corporate academies.
• Faculty – SBIL, Kolkata: Postgraduate in any discipline (min. 55% marks). Preference for MBA / PGDM / MHRM in HR, Finance, or Banking. Minimum 6 years teaching experience as Faculty, Professor, or Corporate Trainer.
• Marketing Executive – SBIL, Kolkata: MBA or equivalent in Marketing (min. 55% marks). Minimum 5 years marketing experience, with 3+ years in executive education, management institutes, or EdTech.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process involves a multi-stage evaluation:

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened by a bank-appointed committee.
2. Evaluation Interview:
   • Dean & Faculty: Interview cum Demo Session (100 Marks).
   • Marketing Executive: Interview (100 Marks).
3. CTC Negotiation: For shortlisted candidates, in order of merit.
4. Final Selection: Based on final merit rank and successful CTC negotiation.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
