Programme Coordinator, Project Associate

Educational Qualification: B.Com, M.Sc, MS/MD

Regional Center of Excellence for Nutrition Rehabilitation Resource and Training has been established at AIIMS Bhopal to provide technical support to the efforts of the State Government. Department of Paediatrics and Community and Family Medicine (CFM) are supporting National Health Mission (NHM) and DWCD. The Center of Excellence has a key role in capacity building, knowledge management, technical and operational support to program implementation, monitoring, and feedback to state government.

2. No of Post : 01

3. Essential qualification : Applicants must have a post-graduate degree in MD Community Medicine (preferable) .Postgraduate degree in Public Health/ Public Health Nutrition/ MHA/ MPH

4. Experience : 

a) For MD Community medicine Desirable – 2 years of professional work experience in the field of micronutrient, maternal health, child development, emergency nutrition, and nutrition program, after post-graduation

b) Essential any graduate with a Postgraduate degree in Public Health/ Public Health Nutrition/ MHA/ MPH, minimum 3 years of professional work experience after post-graduation

c) Experience of working with the Government shall be an asset.

5. Professional Fees : For MD Community Medicine and minimum 2 years of professional work experience after post-graduation – Rs.1,20,000.00 per month .For MD Community Medicine and no professional work experience after post-graduation – Rs.1,10,000.00 per month. For any graduate with a Postgraduate degree in Public Health/ Public Health Nutrition/ MHA/ MPHRs with 3 years of professional experience – Rs. 1,00,000.00 per month.

6. Estimated travel : Minimum 7 days travel in a month

7. Location : Technical Support Unit (AMB), Dept. of Community and Family Medicine, AIIMS Bhopal

8. Duration : The project duration is from 1 st January 2022 to 31st December 2022. The successful candidate shall be issued an initial contract till 31st December 2022, which will be extended based on performance, funds availability from the funding agency, and continuing requirement for the position.

a) MD Community Medicine (preferable) .Post graduate degree in Public Health/ Public Health Nutrition/ MHA/ MPH

5. Professional Fees : For MD Community Medicine and minimum 2 years of professional work experience after post-graduation – Rs.1,20,000.00 per month .For MD Community Medicine and no professional work experience after post-graduation – Rs.1,10,000.00 per month. For any graduate with a Postgraduate degree in Public Health/ Public Health Nutrition/ MHA/ MPHRs with 3 years of professional experience – Rs. 1,00,000.00 per month.

3. Essential qualification : Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or a relevant field.

Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with relevant computer software systems (e.g., Tally).

4. Experience : 

a) 02 to 03 Years of Experience in Administration and Finance in reputed organizations

b) Experience in Government Organizations, any international organization (Health, WCD, NHM,) will be an asset.

c) Experience of working with the Government shall be an asset.

5. Professional Fees : Rs 25,000 per month (Consolidated)

6. Estimated travel : Minimum 7 days travel in a month

7. Location : CSAM and AMB Technical Support Unit, Dept. of Community and Family Medicine, AIIMS Bhopal

8. Duration : The project duration is from Jan 2022 to December 2022. The successful candidate shall be issued an initial contract till June, 2022, which may be extended based on performance, funds availability from the funding partner/ agency and continuing requirement for the position.
