Educational Qualification:
Deputy General Manager (DGM): Graduate Degree in any discipline with MBA (Marketing) / MBA (Retail Marketing) from UGC/AICTE approved institution. Candidates having degree / diploma in Plantation Management / Agriculture Science / Bio Science will be preferred.
Officer: Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Degree in Digital Marketing/Degree in Mass Comm./ /Journalism. Preference will be given to the candidate having additional MBA degree or equivalent in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Assistant Officer: Graduate with and Intermediate Pass in CA ICWA/Post Graduate in Commerce.
Assistant Engineer: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. For more details, please refer to official notification.
