A. Educational Qualification

• Finance Posts (CGM/GM): CA / CMA / Two years Full-Time First-Class MBA in Finance.
• HR Post (CGM): First Class PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Mgmt/HRM/MSW/MA (Social Work with HR/IR).
• Engineering Posts (CGM/GM/DGM/Manager/AM): First Class full-time Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Automobile, etc.) relevant to the specific post.
• Standard: "First Class" is reckoned as 60% aggregate (relaxable to 55% for SC/ST/PwD).

B. Experience Requirement
