4. Eligibility Criteria
A. Educational Qualification
- Finance Posts (CGM/GM): CA / CMA / Two years Full-Time First-Class MBA in Finance.
- HR Post (CGM): First Class PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Mgmt/HRM/MSW/MA (Social Work with HR/IR).
- Engineering Posts (CGM/GM/DGM/Manager/AM): First Class full-time Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Automobile, etc.) relevant to the specific post.
- Standard: "First Class" is reckoned as 60% aggregate (relaxable to 55% for SC/ST/PwD).
B. Experience Requirement
This recruitment requires significant post-qualification experience:
- Senior Roles (CGM/GM): Minimum 5 years at senior management level out of the last 10 years. Specific experience in Treasury, HR transformation, or Metro projects required.
- Mid-Level Roles (DGM/Manager): Minimum 4-5 years in relevant fields (Production, Testing, Engine Design, etc.).
- Private Sector: Candidates from private sector must be in regular capacity in companies registered under Companies Act.
