Eligibility Criteria for BPCL Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline from an AICTE-approved institution through full-time regular mode. A minimum of one year post-qualification experience or apprenticeship training is required.

• Post Code A & B: Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology
• Post Code C: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Post Code D: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical Power System / Electrical Engg. (Industrial Control)

Minimum Marks: 60% for GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL), 50% for SC/ST/PwBD. Candidates with B.E./B.Tech are not eligible.

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) – 100 questions (60 Domain, 40 Aptitude), 120 minutes, no negative marking.
