Subject: Deputation - Willingness for Group B officers (Inspector/Preventive officer/ Examiner) for DG (Audit), Kolkata Zonal Unit - Regarding. Willingness/Applications are invited to fill up the 03 (Three) posts of Inspector as detailed below on Deputation Basis in the office of the Adtional Director General, Directorate of Audit, Indirect Taxes and Customs, Kolkata Zonal Unit from the officers holding analogous posts in the formations of CGST & Cx., Customs Department under CBIC. 1. Position: Inspector 2. No of Posts: 03 3. Pay Level as per 7th CPC: Level 7 or 8 4. The deputation will be initially for a period of 03 (three) years and may be extended at the discretion of the Competent Authority concerned, subject to the limitation specified in the deputation rules. 5. The officers selected for the said posts would be eligible to draw Deputation Allowance as per existing rules. 6. The officers who have got MACP to higher level are also eligible to apply for the under mentioned posts.

1. CC 7 Chief comissioner concerned may be forwarded to this Zonal Unit through proper channel / jurisdictional Cadre Controlling authority latest by 29.07.2022.
2. While working in the Directorate, if the work and conduct of the officer(s) is found to be unsatisfactory, the officer(s) is likely to be reverted to the parent Commissionerate/ Directorate even before the completion of the deputation period.
