Educational Qualification:
i. Master's Degree in Public Administration with 55% marks for an equivalent grade on a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
ii. Three years of teaching experience in any reputed coaching center for civil service aspirants.
iii. The candidate must be an eminent and professional scholar in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and must have published work of high quality and be actively engaged in research and training.
