Educational Qualification & Experience:Essential: Ph.D. in Natural Sciences OR Master’s Degree in Engineering/Health/Medical Sciences (for Engineering/Health/Medical Sciences, Ph.D. is desirable). Experience: Minimum 16 years in Research and Development with a focus on translational research.
Skills:R&D leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams, technology development, IP creation, publications, strategic vision, administrative control, excellent interpersonal relations, ability to foster high-class research and development.
Age Limit:Minimum 45 years and maximum 56 years. Relaxation applicable for exceptionally meritorious candidates with approval of DG, CSIR.
Salary (per month):
Pay Scale: ₹1,82,200 - ₹2,24,100 per month (Level 15 of Pay Matrix) plus allowances as admissible.
