Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Executive Director (HR)

  • Essential Qualification: At least 2 years full time MBA degree or master’s degree or Post Graduate degree or Post Graduate Diploma in HR/Personal Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management and equivalent from recognized Institute, AICTE/ appropriate statutory authority approved University/Institution.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in Executive/Managerial level in HR domain and its various sub functions in CPSU/PSU/Autonomous Body/Statutory Body.
    • Out of 25 years, at least 10 years in top leadership position (Deputy General Manager equivalent and above) in an HR role.
    • Experience in strategic HR, labour legislation, Industrial/Employee Relations, HR automation, contemporary HR policies, and general administration.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Additional qualification in Law/Ph.D in Management.
    • Experience of heading a large PSU/Govt Organization/Maharatna/Navaratna/Mini Ratna at Sr.GM/CGM/ED level.
    • Knowledge of Conduct, Discipline & Appeal Rules, DoPT guidelines, ERP/HRMS, Reservation Policies, and CVC guidelines.
    • Experience of managing CSR functions of a large organization.
