1. Post Name : Assistant / Deputy Manager
2. Roles and Responsibilities
a) Experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Module, Time Management, SuccessFactors EC SAP Integration.
b) Expertise in implementation and support in SAP HR, Payroll-India Modules.
c) Organizing Technical presentations, User training aids.
d) New implementation initiatives, exploring new areas to be implemented in SAP HR and SuccessFactors EC.
e) ABAP-HR experience will be added advantage.
3. Desired Candidate Profile
a) Functional experience in Core HR processes with a focus on Time Management.
b) Analytical/problem-solving skills.
c) Exposure to SAP HCM, Indian Payroll Process, and Income Tax Rules.
d) Customer orientation.
e) Should have worked with SAP SF EC Module and SAP Integration
4. Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Graduate with MBA HR
5. Experience: Total 6 years of experience with minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HR & SF.
