Educational Qualification:
1. Law Graduate with having LLB degree and enrolment in BAR Council of West Bengal.
2. Basic Computer Knowledge
Experience: Not less than 7 years' experience in handling different types of court cases, regular interactions with advocates of different courts/High Court District and State Consumer Forums/Tribunals/ Arbitration in connection with legal matters related to any Department/body of the State of West Bengal. Knowledge of Service related matters.
Pay Scale:
INR
45000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Minimum 30 years but not more than 62 years
