- Clerk/Proof Readers: Graduation from a recognised university.
Experience:
- Stenographer: 3 years’ experience as Steno-typist or Judgment Writer or Stenographer.
- Clerk/Proof Readers: Not specified.
Skills:
- Stenographer: Speed of 100 W.P.M. in English Stenography and accurate transcription within 5 times the dictation time. Typing speed 50 W.P.M. in English on computers. Only 10% mistakes allowed.
- Clerk/Proof Readers: Must qualify Typing test at 30 WPM in English on computer after Screening Test.
Salary:
Stenographer: Rs. 38,500 - Rs. 1,22,700 per month. Clerk/Proof Readers: Rs. 20,200 - Rs. 64,000 per month.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 50 Years as on 01 January 2026. Age relaxation: 5 years for bonafide SC of HP and persons with benchmark disabilities of HP. Age relaxation for HP Govt. employees as per rules.
