Eligibility Criteria

For Advocates

• Must be a citizen of India.
• Hold a Law degree from a recognized University.
• Must be practicing as an advocate in Courts of Civil and Criminal jurisdiction on the last date of application with minimum 7 years of practice.
• Age: 35-45 years for UR candidates; 35-48 years for SC/ST candidates.

For Judicial Officers

• In-service Judicial Officers who have completed 7 years of practice at the Bar before recruitment or combined experience of 7 years as Judicial Officer and Advocate.
• Age: Same as above.

Important: Candidates must upload certificates from Principal District & Sessions Judge / Registrar etc. in prescribed formats.

How to Apply for High Court of Tripura Recruitment 2026

1. Visit the official website thc.nic.in.
2. Click on the 'Recruitment (Online Application)' tab on the home page.
3. Register and complete the online application form.
4. Upload required documents: photograph, signature, certificates, etc.
5. Pay application fee: ₹2,000 for UR and ₹1,000 for ST/SC (ST/SC of other states pay UR fee).
6. Submit the application before 07-07-2026 (4:00 PM).

Note: No hard copy is required. Keep a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
